Inspirational Artists
1) Francis Bacon was an Irish born figurative painter known for his use of grotesque imagery. Personally, I find his controversial and existential paintings intriguing.
2) Jean Michel Basquiat was an American graffiti neo expressionist artist. His works struck up ideas and were symbolic to me.
3) William Baziotes was an American surrealism painter who contributed to the abstract expressionism movement.
4) Max Beckmann, who painted, made prints, sculpted and more, was classed as being part of the expressionist movement, despite rejecting the name and movement.
5) Emile Bernard who happened to have friendships with Vincent Van Gogh, Paul Cézanne, Paul Gauguin and Eugène Boch, was a French post impressionist painter.
